1. Is the content matter of my document important?
Whatever the subject matter of your document (be it a scholarly paper, a work proposal, your master’s thesis, etc.) we will check for correct grammar, reliable punctuation, appropriate words, correct spelling, internal consistency and logical structure.
2. Who will be proofreading my document?
All our editors are fluent native English speakers with advanced university degrees. They are experienced perfectionists when it comes to proofreading, and they will be working diligently through your paper to ensure proper grammar and sentence structure.
3. How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Our regular service charges a flat rate of $0.0299 per word, or $29.99 per 1000 words. Our express service charges an extra $0.015 per word. Our system will determine the overall fee based on word count. To ensure quality, we have opted for this form of price determination rather than an hourly rate. This means our editors will not be rushing through your paper and ensures that you will have a clear sense of how much the service will cost up-front. No hidden fees or unexpected charges!
The specified delivery times apply for a document with approximately 1,200 words. Please be noted that longer papers may take an additional 6 hours/1,000 words.
4. Where is my download?
Within the timeframe of the chosen service, we will complete your order and make it downloadable for you in the “My Account” page. Simply click the “Get Files” button in the “My Orders” tab.
